Join our Payments and Treasury team to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations. As a Junior Payments Specialist, you will help us manage critical payment processes, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to maintaining our financial infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic, international environment where your contributions will have a tangible impact.
Your TasksAssist in managing the corporate card platform in accordance with the company policy, including processing card issuance requests, adjusting card limits, and implementing other control mechanisms.
Monitor balances and provide support to colleagues by resolving card-related issues in collaboration with the provider.
Help monitor payment service providers’ performance by extracting data from systems, supporting ad hoc reporting, and conducting payment data analysis.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies arising from payment processes.
Provide general administrative support for payments and treasury-related activities, including preparing and providing documentation to the accounting team and other stakeholders.
Contribute to building and maintaining the company’s knowledge base for payments and treasury processes, ensuring documentation is clear, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Foundational experience in Finance or Administration (experience with spend management tools or banks is a plus).
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with pivot tables is highly valued).
- The ability to quickly adapt to and navigate new tools and systems with ease.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail
