Junior Product Analyst Student
For our ambitious and driven team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Junior Product Analyst Student.
Working part time (50%) and in parallel to your studies, in the Product Analytics & Planning team, you will leverage product performance data and feedback from our customers, to optimize the performance of our product and contribute to the weekly planning of our menus.
More specifically, you will (1) combine recipes developed by our culinary team in the best way possible to create strong menus every week; and (2) develop strong analytical skills by continuously reviewing and monitoring product performance data to understand and address our customers needs.
You will be based out of our Nordic HQ in Islands Brygge, Copenhagen, work closely with the Product Analyst in charge of Menu Planning and report to the Associate Director of Product Analytics and Planning.
You will…- Analyze the performance of our menu every week to identify the factors driving its performance, and communicate the identified insights with stakeholders incl. the culinary team and the management group
- Run the menu planning algorithm and critically review its output to create menus with the best possible performance (define in terms of cost, customer preference, and appeal) for our Norwegian customers
- Conduct ad hoc analysis aimed at testing hypothesis about the performance of our menus, and identify opportunities to plan a stronger product for our customers
- Lead smaller process improvement initiatives with the ambition of further optimizing and automating our product planning processes
- Have strong gsheet/excel skills allowing you to efficiently combine, aggregate, filter, visualize and format large data sets (1) to generate insights for your own analysis, (2) enable others to draw insights and (3) build automated tools to support processes within menu planning
- Have solid SQL skills allowing you to write, combine or adjust existing queries to extract data. Being able to ready Python scrips is a plus.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy solving problems and challenges in a structured way
- Have good analytical skills enabling you to identify patterns in large data sets, organize and make sense of multiple data sources
- Are self-driven and can enjoy working independently to drive progress in your area of responsibility, always keeping an eye on quality and timeliness; you proactively reach out to your manager to highlight challenges
