As Junior Project Manager (f/m/d/x) you work on various projects within the logistics department and are responsible for optimizing related processes with concrete and innovative solutions. You coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time. Also you work with several logistics sub teams to solve potential problems.

Please note that this position is limited to 24 months. A later extension of the contract can be considered.

• You manage projects in alignment with the logistics strategy and ensure adherence to the HelloFresh project management standards
• You challenge existing logistics processes and encourage adjustments when necessary
• You coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders to further ensure that projects are executed and completed on time
• You regularly conduct data analyses and present the results to your project team as well as to the leadership team to convince them of your solutions
• You support other team members on project management standard queries and provide them with helpful advice 
• You contribute to the project management chapter within HelloFresh DACH and are part of shaping project management company standards

• You have a university degree in business administration, economics or a related course of study with focus on logistics or supply chain management
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management preferably in the field of logistics
• You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and the ability to identify creative solutions to problems
• You work independently and structured, can organize yourself well and always keep an eye on deadlines
• You think in terms of business, are data and process-driven in your work
• Your are fluent in English (C1/C2), German language skills a plus but not a must
• You have good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint
