• Act as a Talent Acquisition Specialist: As part of active sourcing and direct approach (e.g. via LinkedIn), you will find the best talents, establish contact and conduct initial interviews
• Take on responsibility for the recruiting process, shape the candidate experience and derive a targeted recruiting strategy 
• Optimize workflows: Proactively manage the recruiting process, from briefing to selection to offer, and fill the pipeline with engineers and IT experts
• Generate impact: Create target group-specific job offers and publish them via the appropriate recruiting channels (homepage, job boards, social media)
• Work directly with technical experts: Act as an interface between our applicants, technical departments and other stakeholders
• Share and expand your professional expertise: A steep learning curve awaits you through workshops and coaching sessions within your department

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration, (business) psychology, human resources, personnel management, (business) education or similar
• Initial experience in human resources, active sourcing and recruiting strategies is a plus
• Independent and structured way of working, persuasiveness and openness
• Enthusiasm and commitment in working with colleagues and applicants
• Business fluent German and fluent English skills
