The Relationship Management team’s primary focus is on efficiently overseeing day-to-day relationships with Raisin's deposit taking banks. This involves taking ownership or providing assistance in managing key accounts, as well as project managing the expansion of live banks onto Raisin's and our B2B partners' marketplaces. It is crucial to enhance their technical integration with us to ensure scalability and the growth of their assets under management. This is essential for the long-term growth and success of Raisin across Europe and the UK. Within the team you will work with great individuals and interesting bank partners based in different locations partially remote and sometimes in person as well. You have the opportunity to build up a diverse skill set with soft skills such as negotiation with partners, as well as hard skills in finance, technology, and project management, all within a mature fintech environment. You can anticipate assuming responsibility quickly, with the assurance of receiving support from your senior colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Learn how to establish relationships with relevant stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our banks' requirements, collaborating closely with our analytics and distribution teams.
  • Providing regular reports on the progress of relationships and projects to internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting the broader Raisin team with special projects and new product launches as needed.
  • Taking over responsibility that product information and documentation are up-to-date for your dedicated banks.

Your Profile

  • You have a finance- or business-related undergraduate degree
  • You have 1-2 years experience in finance or fintech environment.
  • You live in Milan
  • You speak and write excellent Italian and English 
  • You have a constant desire to learn - we offer multiple trainings / training budget to support you.
  • You have the ability to work hands on in a high pressure environment.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You enjoy travelling (within Europe).
