We are looking for a Junior Retail Media Account Manager to join our ambitious and fast-growing HelloFresh Retail Media team in Amsterdam. As part of the Growth Marketing department, you will play a key role in enabling our revenue expansion across the Benelux region through impactful media and brand partnerships.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Retail Media Account Manager to help bring our retail media campaigns to life. In this role, you will be the key link between HelloFresh and our partners once deals are secured. You’ll manage the full post-sale execution of campaigns — from gathering creative assets to coordinating sampling and in-box flyer activations. Internally, you'll collaborate closely with teams across legal, operations, distribution, and finance to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, on time, and on budget.
As Junior Retail Media Account Manager you possess excellent coordination and organization skills, communication and project management skills, attention to details and problem solving skills, and are able to operate independently, taking full control and responsibility for bringing campaigns to life. This role involves collaborating with local and global cross-functional teams, managing legal and brand feasibility, logistics, and tracking campaign performance while keeping a keen eye on market trends and opportunities.

- Act as the main point of contact for partners post-deal to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Coordinate sampling and in-box flyer activations from initial briefing to final delivery
- Gather creative requirements and assets from partners and oversee timely development with internal creative teams
- Align with distribution center teams on campaign logistics and timelines
- Collaborate with the legal team to manage and track contracts and agreements
- Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Track campaign status, flag risks or delays early, and keep all stakeholders informed
- Maintain documentation and ensure all campaign details are captured for reporting and optimization
- Support the Retail Media team in continuously improving executional processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong project management and planning skills – ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyExcellent coordination and organizational skills – ensures nothing falls through the cracks
- Great attention to detail – accuracy in managing creative assets, legal documents, and logistical elements
- Effective communicator – comfortable liaising with both external partners and internal teams across different departments
- Problem-solving mindset – able to anticipate issues and proactively suggest solutions.
- Team player – thrives in a collaborative environment and knows how to align different stakeholders
- Basic understanding of marketing and/or media campaigns – especially print or in-box sampling campaigns
- Comfortable working with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g. Jira)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex client relationships and needs/requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
