As a Junior Sourcing Manager, you will take ownership of the supply chain across multiple different categories. You will support our sourcing strategy, ensure optimal ingredient availability, and manage a variety of cost and supplier-performance-related KPIs.

• Manage supplier relationships across different ingredient categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and reliability
• Support sourcing projects to expand our ingredient portfolio and optimize procurement strategies
• Analyze supply chain performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including suppliers, production, product development, and logistics—to drive efficiency
• Monitor and enhance supplier performance, using data-driven insights to improve service levels
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging supply chain innovations
• Tackle challenges head-on, making quick decisions to mitigate risks and keep operations running smoothly

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or operations
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you see opportunities for improvement and take initiative
• Strong analytical skills - you use data to drive decisions and optimize processes
• Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and cultures
• Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
