THE JOURNEY

  • Support Sales & Implementation: Assist in the sales and implementation processes for On-Demand solutions across Romania, helping to bring new partners on board.
  • Contribute to Partner Strategy: Work with local Account Managers to identify partner needs, help craft tailored proposals, and support the activation of solutions.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Help facilitate communication and coordination between our commercial, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Gather Partner Feedback: Collect and organize feedback from partners, relaying insights to our HQ product team for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Performance: Assist in monitoring the daily performance of our partners and help address their ongoing issues and questions proactively.
  • Market Insight Support: Help observe the local market environment and contribute ideas for adjusting our product to meet market needs.
  • Collaborate & Learn: Actively engage with colleagues, learn from their expertise, and contribute to a supportive team environment where you can develop your skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Passion for Sales/Account Management: A strong interest in developing a career in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Eagerness to Learn Tech: A keen interest in understanding software solutions and how they integrate with business operations.
  • Organized & Proactive: You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative on tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy tackling challenges and have an analytical way of thinking.
  • Adaptable: Motivated by working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with G Suite and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Language Skills: Excellent Romanian and English language skills.
