YOUR MISSION

Glovo keeps growing day after day, that's why we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lawyer that will work with the Ukrainian and HQ Legal Team, managing the day to day implications in the business.

THE JOURNEY

• Report to the local Legal Lead
• Review and draft various types of legal agreements, amendments, templates, procedures, etc.
• Review and draft legal opinions, official letters, communications etc.
• Provide consultation in the day-to-day legal implications of the company related mainly to commercial matters
• Ensure legal compliance policies, perform screening of the contractors
• Perform other assignments and tasks from the Legal Lead

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university
• At least 2 years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm with focus on contracts and commercial matters
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts (supply, lease, marketing, agency agreements etc.)
• Solid knowledge of commercial and civil law
• Contract negotiation experience would be a plus
• Confident user of the Google services (Gmail, Drive, Documents etc)
• Ukrainian language and proficiency in English (B2+ level)
• Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies
• Hard-working, organized and detail-oriented person
• Multitasking, ability to meet deadlines and solve problems efficiently
• Able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment
