About Harry’s

Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.

Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,”  the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

The Harry's working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday.  Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

About the teamWe’re the Infrastructure team at Mammoth Brands. We own the systems that power our people—from device management and identity to automation and compliance. We’re intentional about what we build, document what we own, and focus on clarity, not complexity. Our work sits at the intersection of IT, security, and engineering—and we make sure it all just works.

About the roleWe’re looking for a systems engineer who thrives on platform ownership and builds with scale in mind. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Jamf, Intune, and Google Workspace to automate workflows, enforce policy, and drive reliability across identity, device management, and endpoint compliance.

This is not a helpdesk role. You’ll be expected to lead projects, reduce friction, and leave systems better than you found them—while collaborating with teams across Engineering, Security, and IT.

What you will accomplish

You’ll take the lead on how our infrastructure is secured, provisioned, and managed—owning key systems like Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, Google Workspace, and OneLogin. You’ll define and enforce the policies that drive consistency and compliance across identity, device, and SaaS management. You’ll develop automation where it counts, improve system health monitoring, and proactively close gaps before they become problems. Your work will reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and bring stability and clarity to how we scale our infrastructure—without sacrificing control.

  • Drive consistency and automation across device provisioning, identity workflows, and access controls by refining policies and codifying workflows.
  • Reduce manual work by building and maintaining PowerShell scripts that support onboarding, compliance, and platform administration.
  • Strengthen system reliability by proactively resolving infrastructure escalations and optimizing configurations across our core platforms.
  • Improve documentation and clarity by creating runbooks and internal guides that scale with the business.
  • Enhance the employee experience by increasing endpoint stability, streamlining AV tools, and partnering with teams to simplify how systems are used every day.

This should describe you

  • You think in systems and design with scale and clarity in mind—not complexity for complexity’s sake.
  • You take full ownership of the platforms you manage, driving improvements and solving problems at the infrastructure level.
  • You look for opportunities to automate repetitive work and streamline workflows—whether that’s through scripting, tooling, or smart configuration.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate well with teams across Engineering, Security, Support, and beyond.
  • You document what you build and help raise the bar on how infrastructure is maintained and shared.
  • (Bonus points if you’re comfortable with PowerShell or a similar scripting language to support automation.)

Here's who you'll work with

  • Reporting to Marcè Ayala, Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure
  • IT Infrastructure team
  • Broader IT team and Technology department, cross-functional partners across Mammoth Brands

Benefits and perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k match
  • Equity in Mammoth Brands
  • Flexible time off and working hours
  • Wellness and L&D stipends
  • 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years
  • 20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthood
  • Fun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftop
  • Free products from all of our brands

We can’t quantify all of the intangible things we think you’ll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $120,400-$135,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
