Lead Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce/Revenue Cloud)
What is the role?
We are looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce/Revenue Cloud) to join the Salesforce Operations team. This candidate will work closely with our internal Finance and Deal Desk teams in order to simplify and enhance the quote-to-cash process. The ideal candidate follows Salesforce best practices, understands complex data models, enjoys documentation, and maintains sound business acumen. All candidates will have solid technical expertise in process automation (Flows, Price Rules, Product Rules, Approval Rules, etc.). Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):- Proactively work with business stakeholders and internal business technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Design, document, and implement solutions on Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Analyze business processes and related systems to identify areas for improvement
- Manage standard Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ objects and records (Quote Templates, Quote Terms, Contracts, Orders, Subscriptions, Opportunities, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to optimize the use of Salesforce CPQ, including Advanced Approvals
- Partner closely with our GTM Operations teams to simplify the reporting of ACV and customer entitlements
- Develop and maintain documentation for presentation and enablement
- Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them in order to maximize their potential
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ configuration
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- Must have attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with third-party Salesforce Packages (Vivun, 6Sense, Certinia, Clari, LeanData), a plus
