About Pinterest:

Millions of people across the world come to Pinterest to find new ideas every day. It’s where they get inspiration, dream about new possibilities and plan for what matters most. Our mission is to help those people find their inspiration and create a life they love. In your role, you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest forward. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while helping Pinners make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

Creating a life you love also means finding a career that celebrates the unique perspectives and experiences that you bring. As you read through the expectations of the position, consider how your skills and experiences may complement the responsibilities of the role. We encourage you to think through your relevant and transferable skills from prior experiences.

Our new progressive work model is called PinFlex, a term that’s uniquely Pinterest to describe our flexible approach to living and working. Visit our PinFlex landing page to learn more.

Great brands help make those inspirations a reality and we’re looking for a self-driven Lead Client Partner to help one of our most strategic retail partners successfully grow their business through Pinterest. You'll collaborate with various measurement and product stakeholders internally and externally, while being the primary contact for our partner at the executive level. If this sounds like fun, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Performance marketing consultant: The client is a sophisticated performance marketer and you’ll be consulting them on their current and future Pinterest Shopping Ads strategies. You’ll lead the partnership with our performance solutions and measurement teams to improve our long-term approach and to evaluate performance. Through incrementality studies and other measurement methodologies you will triangulate Pinterest ad performance with the client’s multi-touch attribution model.
  • Product collaboration lead: you’ll be a thought leader, project manager and coordinator between various Pinterest Product teams and the client’s marketing, product, and engineering teams to help drive innovation and progress on Pinterest’s performance marketing product development.
  • Executive partnership development: you’ll develop executive relationships with the client’s leadership team and will organize key meetings and summits that will involve other Pinterest leaders. You’ll structure multi-million annual deals that span multiple teams and markets that will require cross-functional collaboration and leadership internally and externally.

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of performance marketing and catalog (shopping ads) experience with deep understanding of industry trends and key players.
  • Experience developing long-term, multi-million dollar partnerships with executive business and marketing leaders.
  • Expertise in managing processes and relationships across multiple stakeholders to bring new products to market.
  • Ability to travel to Boston and other locations multiple times a quarter.
