YOUR MISSION

Join us and become a key member of Glovo's Global operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

The couriers are the key player in Glovo’s marketplace. We are looking for a Lead Courier Operations for the ECA region who will find the balance between creativity and data-driven objectivity in such a way that they carry out projects that seem impossible until they come true.

You will be in charge of providing data into the marketing initiatives of the courier growth team, from the moment the leads (courier candidates) see an advertisement till they register into our acquisition page and become couriers. Through analytics you will ensure that we always have the right amount of leads in every city.

THE JOURNEY

• Travel across all the countries in the region of ECA: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and Armenia (and more to come). Understand each country's challenges in order to adapt the strategy and maximize the results.
• Manage a team of Regional Supply Growth and be a dotted line for Local Supply Growth Managers.
• Scale up processes to the whole region while ensuring the right balance between localisation and centralisation. Ensure our supply is balanced, operating each lever available in a controlled and data-driven way.
• Define and implement regional processes in close collaboration with Global team for courier acquisition optimization, courier funnel optimization, courier onboarding excellence, newbies quality, retention boosting and many more  from data perspective: providing deep analytics, creating dashboards, bots, simulations, data models. 
• Propose (be an enthusiast), track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs.
• Create postmortem documents to analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries.
• Use your data visualization skills, in order to support delivered messages in the most efficient way. 
• Have a blank page for you to create! We don't stick to a single playbook, and we expect you to build your own as the business and market evolves.
• Report directly to Operations Director ECA.
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
• Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Glover lifecycle through out-of-the-box thinking.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 1+ years in a managerial role
• The skills to manage the big picture and the smallest details
• Bachelor in Engineering, Project Management or any technological domain
• Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
• Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
• Excel proficiency
• Knowledge in SQL (would be a benefit)
• Results-oriented, autonomous and efficient
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker & Qlikview (would be a benefit)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented
• Leadership - you can motivate your teammates. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track
