What you’ll do

As the Lead CRM Manager, you will be responsible for driving our email creation and delivery activities. You will work closely with various teams to effectively target our audiences, including Doctolib employees, patients, prospects, and professional users.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Taking charge of the targeting strategy to ensure the right message is sent to the right person at the right time, utilizing Braze segmentation tools and SQL language.
  • Collaborating with the design team to create and maintain email templates using the Braze drag and drop editor, Liquid language, and HTML email.
  • Ensuring email campaign deliverability.
  • Maintaining user journeys by continuously documenting our email sequences.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Collaborating with the data team to manage and improve variable availability in Braze, requiring proficiency in SQL.
  • Facilitating the community of email creators at Doctolib.

You could be our next team mate if: 

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Emailing Expert, with a strong focus on HTML.
  • Specialization in Braze, with a deep understanding of Liquid language and deliverability challenges.
  • Proficiency in data management, particularly in SQL (minimum intermediate level).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage a community.
  • Fluent in French and English, Italian or German is a plus.
