Lead Executive Assistant

Toast is looking for a Lead Executive Assistant who will work directly with our Senior Executive Team members, and will provide executive support in a close working relationship. The Lead Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about that Executive, or Executives. The Lead Executive Assistant will be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion. This role will also participate in hiring and onboarding great, diverse talent in conjunction with the EA Leadership Team.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Heavy and proactive calendar management and coordination of travel arrangements, logistics, and expenses on behalf of their Executives.
- Coordination and prioritization of meetings for leadership members
- Handling of logistics for internal and external events, such as leadership offsites
- Identification and recommendation for process improvements related to scheduling and calendar management
- Work alongside a team of multi-level Executive Assistants.

- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or similar role

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
Pay Range$106,000—$170,000 USD
