The Opportunity

Are you eager to build a better internet? Join Mozilla on the Marketing team. We are looking for a Senior Go to Market Strategy Manager for the development and execution of marketing programs that drive growth of Mozilla products across North America.

The ideal candidate has proven experience developing successful awareness, growth, and engagement strategies that target consumers. They are passionate about building data-driven marketing plans and succeed in highly collaborative environments. They are entrepreneurial, proactive, critical thinkers.

They will own the regional market research requirements and ongoing marketing experimentation plan for Mozilla’s most developed consumer product portfolio. The candidate will build integrated marketing strategies grounded in data-driven hypotheses.

They will partner closely with Global Product Marketing, Activations, Creative Studio, Comms, and Brand to deliver breakthrough campaigns via owned and paid channels. They will analyze program results and develop actionable recommendations post launch, in partnership with Marketing Analytics and channel leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Go to Market Strategy to develop campaigns, programs, and experiments that drive awareness, consideration, and usage of Mozilla consumer product offerings in North America
  • Develop strong thought leadership and understanding of the North American landscape, including consumer needs, competitive specs, and emerging macro + cultural trends
  • Collaborate with Activations, Brand and, Comms teams to develop impactful channel mix strategies for campaigns and programs
  • Possess deep customer and product knowledge; inform decisions by conducting market research with Consumer Insights team
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure product market fit and clear product positioning; leverage to develop nuanced regional messaging, campaigns and launch strategies
  • Track campaign performance, document regional insights and takeaways, and make recommendations for ongoing improvement and optimization

Professional Profile

  • 8+ years of deep consumer marketing, brand marketing and/or strategy experience
  • Possess a strong product launch portfolio; proven track record developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies
  • Solid understanding of integrated (owned + paid) channel strategies that drive user acquisition, consideration and, product usage
  • Strong grasp of quantitative test designs
  • Strives to balance both creative excellence with high quantitative performance
  • Understands user journey mapping
  • Excellent collaboration skills; proven track record leading through influence
  • A self-starter with a bias for action
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment across different time zones and cultures
