What you’ll do

You will join the HRBP  team and report directly to the HR Manager - Tech & Product. The HRBP team is supporting directly business stakeholders on their growth and coaching managers on their day to day role. To support Doctolib's growth, you will act as a true partner to the Product teams (Product, Design, Data) and members of the Executive Committee.

  • Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating the People Roadmap for your business in strong partnership with other people and business stakeholders. This includes the deployment of people initiatives and actions from the annual HR calendar in collaboration with other People teams: salary increase campaigns, talent review, performance review, etc.
  • Act as a true partner for all business challenges including their organizational design, performance and engagement matters by monitoring key people indicators and proposing corrective action plans. 
  • Project management (owner and contributor) in connection with the business and other People teams
  • Coaching and supporting senior managers cross-countries in the daily management of their team.
  • With the support of the social relations team, ensure social dialogue: proposal and monitoring of individual and collective action plans; deployment of measures resulting from collective bargaining
  • Coordination of internal mobility and career paths
  • Coordination of HR operations in your area in collaboration with the payroll and personnel administration team
  • Proposing and implementing HR process improvement and optimization projects
Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • A degree from a business school or university with an HR specialization
  • At least 7 years of experience in an international HRPB/HR Manager role
  • Strong listening skills, as well as the ability to take action and propose solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Results-oriented approach based on data and processes
  • Experience in reviewing and developing HR policies and processes
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid analytical skills (including Excel and HRIS knowledge)
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
