The Workplace Team is responsible for providing the infrastructure and workspace of a modern working office for our Berlin Campus buildings and driving innovation across the international organization. As Lead R.E.S, you will be part of the Workplace Team based in Berlin Kreuzberg, and report to our Associate Director of Workplace Projects and Internationalisation. In this role, you will be in charge of developing our Global Real Estate Database and driving major systems projects for both local and international locations.  You will be responsible for researching, implementing and innovating our existing processes with best in practice workplace tools and systems. 

As part of the Workplace and extended People Team you’ll be responsible for working to elevate the Workplace Department within the highest levels of the organization by bringing structure, insight, actionable data and responsible for implementing programs for continuous improvement.

• Build out our global RealEstate portfolio and database, managing real estate leases, negotiations, and strategic planning for the organization's properties.
• Partner with the Workplace Projects team overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery for both local and international projects within your remit.
• Develop and track OKRs and KPIs for your area of responsibility, ensuring regular reporting.
• Own and optimize workplace tools and systems ensuring their effective utilization to support workplace processes and data analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all global RealEstate management and planning, requiring coordination and communication with executive level stakeholders to align real estate strategies with business needs.
• Improve the day-to-day experience for all employees through the analysis of Workplace data, analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the workplace environment.
• Extend and translate our company's values into Projects which have global, measurable impact.
• Develop executive-level reports and engage in discussions to maintain alignment and gather input from stakeholders.
• Develop and Implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.
• Provide budget oversight, ensuring projects are executed within budgetary constraints, and offer financial insights to guide decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct continuous research, benchmark against industry standards, and introduce fresh ideas that enhance the organization's workplace strategies.

• You bring expertise in Real Estate Systems: With over 6 years of experience, you are a seasoned expert not only in Real Estate lease management but also in the implementation and management of Real Estate Systems, including IWMS and lease databases.
