Lead Revenue Project Manager
Vimeo’s Revenue Operations team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to oversee the end-to-end management and execution of our Revenue Operations projects. Revenue Operations acts as the hub for many of our Go-to-Market (GTM) projects and we need an individual who has experience working with revenue organizations and can help organize, drive and execute these projects cross-functionally. Our ideal candidate for this role will be able to dive into complex issues and unravel the details, providing a comprehensive and thorough guide to business owners, while maintaining timelines and clear communication. This role will report into the Vice President, Global Revenue Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of key projects that impact revenue
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all stages are completed efficiently and on time
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, clearly understanding project deliverables while maintaining open, confident communication throughout the process
- Lead and guide kick-off meetings, assess resources, establish timelines, and develop execution plans alongside senior management
- Guide projects through appropriate channels for completion and push business owners on key deadlines
- Serve as the key communicator between internal Revenue Operations team as well as external GTM support teams including Sales, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, System Operations, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence and Enablement
- Proactively communicate any blockers or concerns across the teams to solution
- Handle a variety of complex projects simultaneously, coordinating initiatives across multiple teams
- Continually partner with Revenue Operations leadership team to suggest process improvement, efficiency and automations
- Assist with special projects that affect Revenue Operations as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field, PMP certification a plus
- 7+ years experience in sales operations, project management, process improvement and/or revenue operations from pre sales to post sales
- Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and different priorities with proven ability to bring forward a solution to drive impact
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude, strong creative thinking abilities, and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track while maintaining clear communication across teams
- A passion for working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment is essential
Targeted Base Salary Range: $117,000 - $178,000
The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
