Within Global Supplier Technology (GST),the Product and Content Intelligence team, owns the suite of machine learning model powered solutions that utilize the text and visual data to provide accurate and complete product information, and derive valuable feedback from user-generated content to improve website experience. These solutions exist in the form of product tags, search filters, supplier outreach on incorrect product information identified by the model, ranking the customer review images, and screening all user-generated content for any inappropriate content or profanity.

What You'll Do:

• Build metrics, data pipelines, reporting dashboards needed to monitor the model and business performance.
• Plan, run and analyze A/B experiments to derive conclusive results. Develop monitoring dashboards/scripts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to experimentation.
• Lead investigations by conducting deep-dive analysis to understand the potential drivers and identify the root-cause of the problem/issue. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business problem, align on project goals, identify appropriate methods to drive actionable insights and effectively communicate the findings to key stakeholders.
• Develop internal solutions to automate and streamline tasks frequently and manually performed (e.g. test analysis, what-if simulations, forecasting and goal setting, and incrementality & attribution tools). Seek to solve similar use cases from across the Tech Analyst Community.

We Are a Match Because You Have:

• Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, economics, statistics, MIS, or other quantitative disciplines. Masters preferred.
• Experience working in cloud-based analytics infrastructure (e.g. Google Cloud Platform) 
• Experience designing and implementing highly visible, scalable, and innovative analytical solutions that drive business decision making and automate otherwise manual analysis. 
• Proficient in SQL and knowledge of other programming languages (e.g Python / R)
• Experience with experimental test design such as A/B testing, causal inference and statistical concepts like statistical significance, Bayesian probabilities, peeking, false discovery rates
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI); experience with Looker is a plus.
