The alliance is responsible for cross-cutting services that deliver value through customer benefits, pricing, and manage essential services like account management, subscription, and customer delivery details. A Lead TPM oversees the execution of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives and engineering efforts. They will coordinate closely with Engineering managers to create project roadmaps, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. As a strategic communicator and programer manager, they bridge gaps across teams, and uphold quality standards for the delivery of projects. Proficiency in Agile, technical expertise, and stakeholder management are critical for success.

• Define, plan, and execute large-scale, high-impact projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align on priorities, deliverables, and milestones.

• Proactively identify potential blockers and implement solutions to mitigate risks.

• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent updates.

• Shape and refine processes to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.

• Extensive Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to manage programs across multiple teams and stakeholders, including engineering, product management and marketing ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of projects.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Experience collaborating directly with software development teams and understanding system design, technical trade-offs, and architecture decisions​
  • Hands-on experience with technical stacks or prior software engineering experience to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions
• Program Management Excellence:
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining high-level project plans, roadmaps, and release schedules​
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies
• Strategic Communication:
  • Exceptional skills in conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership​
  • Adept at stakeholder management, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines​
• Risk and Change Management: Demonstrated experience in identifying potential bottlenecks, managing risks, and adapting plans to accommodate shifting priorities
• Key Performance Metrics (KPIs): Experience defining and managing KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to track program success and ensure accountability

• Migration Experience: Hands-on experience leading projects involving monolith-to-microservices migrations, demonstrating expertise in handling large-scale transitions​ to distributed systems.
• Business and Customer Focus: Ability to align technical projects with business goals and understanding customer requirements.
