**This role is located in our Boston, MA office and will comply with our hybrid work schedule of 3 days/week in office**

The Wayfair Fintech & Loyalty team is responsible for delivering all technology, programs, and user experiences related to Pay, Fraud Prevention, Financing, Credit Cards, Loyalty Programs, and Gift Cards. We are looking for a passionate Researcher to explore customer preferences and sensitivities across generations and geos to ensure that we're delivering optimal customer experiences aligned with intended business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to deeply understand the user experience of our planned and in-development products
  • Translate research data into actionable findings that will drive product investments and improvements
  • Collaborate with product management and commercial stakeholders to identify critical research questions and establish strong relationships for effective communication
  • Determine the appropriate research methods to apply based on cost, timeline, and the most pressing needs
  • Design and execute user research studies, analyze and present results

We Are a Match Because You Have:

  • 5 years of industry experience in User Research
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of research projects
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presenting findings
