We’re looking for a Leadership Development Lead to help us build the future of leadership learning at Pinterest. This role will be accountable for developing our leaders and requires deep subject matter expertise to create, lead, and facilitate leadership development programs at Pinterest. You’ll need end-to-end L&D experience, including identifying organizational needs, building and launching company-wide programs, facilitation, strong written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder management.

You should have experience leading large leadership programs, delivering global learning solutions at scale, strong facilitation experience, operational rigor, and the ability to level up when working with senior leaders.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome and guide our new managers at Pinterest by setting them up to be successful and drive performance on their teams.
  • Refresh our new manager onboarding program and design and launch our manager foundations program.
  • Build out senior leadership development offerings, and refresh and manage our executive coaching programs.
  • Partner with the wider learning team, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to proactively identify areas where leadership development is required and design and deliver leadership programs and resources to meet those needs.
  • Help build an inspiring, authentic, and continuously evolving leadership culture at all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a willing partner and strong advocate for I&D efforts and build I&D into every aspect of leadership learning. 
  • Support our leaders in developing their change and agility skills, enabling them to rapidly adapt and drive the business forward.
  • Apply a data driven approach to continuously improve learning and development offerings.

What we’re looking for:

  • You have extensive expertise in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Development.
  • You’re an engaging leader, you have excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, and you can quickly establish credibility with senior executives and line leaders through the organization.
  • You’re adaptable, resilient, and flexible and are committed to building a culture of constant improvement as a leader.
  • You have proven experience building scalable, global leadership development programs for various audiences (aspiring leaders, managers, senior leaders).
  • You’re comfortable influencing at all levels, with strong stakeholder management and experience partnering across People and Business teams.
  • You have end-to-end program management skills from needs assessment, design, development, and facilitation.
  • You’re an enthusiastic and dynamic facilitator excited to guide and support Pinterest leaders at all levels and create a unique and memorable leadership experience.
  • While you won’t be directly managing people - we are looking for someone who has experience leading teams to coach and developing others to be effective leaders.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
