🍋 This is how you’ll change the way people eat foreverWe are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam on a fixed term contract. Working in the Benelux People team, you’ll take a leading role in ensuring we have a diverse range of learning opportunities to enable our employees to build their careers and be successful at HelloFresh. Designing, collaborating, organizing and facilitating all things learning and development will be your focus! In addition, you'll dive into other People projects that give you energy and collaborate with Global teams on L&D projects. Want more? Amazing.. 🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact

  • Own all L&D initiatives from end to end. Designing, planning, executing, monitoring, administration and ensuring success
  • Build relationships with employees cross-functionally  to understand their needs and have the customer at the heart of everything we do
  • Develop new training content and team development initiatives based on data and feedback from the business
  • Facilitate inhouse training, team development sessions and 1-1 coaching 
  • Analyze training data, provide regular feedback to leaders and recommendations on how to improve
  • Support the Talent & Development Lead with input on our strategy and provide creative ideas on how we can have an impact
  • Collaborate with L&D colleagues across HelloFresh regions to share learnings, harmonize and deliver the best learning experience for our people

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in fast paced work environment
  • Experience designing and implementing learning initiatives
  • Experience presenting and/or facilitating team sessions, or a strong desire to develop these skills
  • Certification with Personality Profiling tools or Coaching is a strong plus 
  • You’re pro-active, take ownership, and make things happen
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong skills in organising, coordinating and juggling multiple balls
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the People space, and importantly to drive an incredible employee experience at HelloFresh
  • Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus
