Learning Business Partner (f/m/x)
The role
As a Learning Business Partner, you lead and develop on-site learning initiatives that strengthen workforce capabilities and support operational excellence at our HelloFresh site in Bleiswijk. You work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, deliver impactful training programs, and continuously improve onboarding and on-the-job learning experiences. Through data-driven insights, strong collaboration, and a hands-on mindset, you help build a high-performing, compliant, and future-ready operations team.
What you’ll do
- You lead and develop a team of Learning Coordinators across multiple shifts, ensuring training KPIs, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met
- Furthermore, you design, implement, and continuously improve on-site learning programs, including onboarding, role-specific training, leadership development, and agile learning formats
- In close collaboration with site leadership and department heads, you identify skill gaps, plan training needs, and align learning initiatives with operational goals
- Additionally, you monitor training effectiveness, track attendance, maintain accurate training records, and use data insights to optimize learning strategies
- You act as the main site point of contact for Operations Learning, building strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and training providers
- At the same time, you ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and standard operating procedures while role-modelling HelloFresh values
- Finally, you contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects that increase efficiency, reduce learning costs, and support operational excellence
What you’ll bring
- A degree or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in adult education, learning & development, or training management within an operational environment
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally across multiple shift patterns, in manufacturing, production, or distribution center settings
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Solid knowledge of training methods, learning matrices, onboarding programs, and leadership development concepts
- A data-driven and problem-solving mindset, with experience using KPIs, training metrics, and continuous improvement approaches
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, combined with a hands-on, adaptable working style
- Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written) and confidence working with digital tools such as Excel, GSuite, and training systems
