At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

As our Learning Program Designer, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how learning happens at Trustpilot. You’ll create engaging, inclusive, and forward-thinking learning experiences that reflect our values and meet the evolving needs of our people and business. Whether you're designing a new leadership development sprint, a capability-building program for individual contributors, or reimagining how our learning platforms support growth — you’ll bring creativity, structure, and purpose to every initiative.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure learning is not just accessible, but actionable — helping Trusties to do their best work, grow their capabilities, and contribute to our collective success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design end-to-end learning programs that are grounded in behavioural science, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with Trustpilot’s strategic goals.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, people leaders, and cross-functional teams to co-create meaningful, high-impact learning experiences.
  • Translate complex development needs into clear, engaging solutions — from workshops and toolkits to digital modules and blended learning journeys.
  • Iterate and evolve our learning formats and content to be more scalable, inclusive, and learner-centred.
  • Support the planning and design of signature development initiatives like Leadership Quest, ensuring coherence, relevance, and impact.
  • Apply modern instructional design approaches, combining storytelling, interaction, and application to maximise engagement and effectiveness.
  • Ensure our programs are data-informed — gathering feedback, running pilots, and measuring impact to continuously improve.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our internal learning brand, voice, and standards — helping create a consistent, high-quality learner experience.
  • Bring a creative eye to visuals, formats, and communications that make learning accessible and memorable.

Who you are:

  • A passionate learning designer with experience creating learning content, programs, or interventions in-house or in a consultancy setting.
  • Skilled in instructional design, adult learning principles, and applying learning science in practice — not just in theory.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity — able to clarify needs, structure projects, and drive them forward.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to translate stakeholder input into high-quality, learner-first solutions.
  • Able to design for scale, accessibility, and engagement — with experience using digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Curious, growth-minded, and always seeking better ways to enable others to learn and grow.
  • Clear communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills, able to distill information into digestible, inspiring content.
  • Bonus if you have experience working across global teams or designing learning in a hybrid or distributed work environment.

What’s in it for you:

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $ 95,000 to $ 110,000 gross per year. This range doesn’t include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot’s equity program or other benefits.
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • 20 vacation days + 2 personal days +10 paid holidays per year
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy, LinkedIn Learning and Blinkist
  • Full health insurance
  • 401k matching your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your base salary
  • Discounted club membership at Life Time Fitness
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan and full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave for employees who have been employed for over 6 months with full full scope of benefit after 12 months
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities and team socials
  • A friendly, open office complete with a foosball table, roof deck with wifi (rooftop meeting anyone?!) and unlimited snacks and drinks
  • Communal lunch, extra treats and events during the month —  think ice cream carts, coffee bars and massages, to name a few

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences along with how you will contribute to our working culture. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!

We’re driven by connection. It’s at the heart of what we do. Our culture keeps things fresh –– it’s built on the relationships we create. We talk, we laugh, we collaborate and we respect each other. We work across borders and cultures to be the universal symbol of trust in an ever-changing world. With vibrant office locations worldwide and over 50 nationalities, we’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace with diverse perspectives and ideas.

Our purpose to help people and businesses help each other is a tall order, but we keep it real. We’re a great bunch of humans, doing awesome stuff, without fuss or pretense. A successful Trustpilot future is driven by you –– we give you the autonomy to shape a career you can be proud of. If you’re ready to grow, let’s go.
