As LogicMonitor's Certification Manager, you will design, launch, and scale the global product Certification program. Your mission is to create a strategy that validates the expertise of employees, customers, and partners, helping them advance their goals on LM’s Hybrid Observability platform. As part of the Global Training & Enablement team, you'll ensure that LM's workforce and ecosystem are fully trained on the platform and its AI-powered solutions.

You'll lead collaboratively, drawing on your expertise in Certification programs, from program design and curriculum development to exam administration, recognition practices, and promoting learning initiatives. You will report directly to the Director of Global Training & Enablement, working alongside technical trainers, product enablement specialists, and support staff.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Program Design

    • Design and implement a multi-tiered Certification program aligned with product offerings, learner needs, and industry best practices.
    • Develop a curriculum roadmap with short-term and long-term plans for growth and implementation.
    • Create assessment methodologies to effectively evaluate candidates' knowledge and skills.

Learning Experience Development

    • Collaborate on creating high-quality learning experiences, including instructor-led courses, on-demand content, study guides, practice exams, and more.
    • Work with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and assessment reliability.
    • Establish update and refresh cycles to keep the certification program aligned with product updates, market trends, and customer needs.

Program Management

    • Support the global team in launching the program and conducting annual refreshers.
    • Develop strategies to drive program adoption, completion rates, and customer advocacy.
    • Scale the program globally, considering localization and market-specific needs.
    • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize the program.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience designing and managing technical Certification programs in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with learning management systems, Certification platforms, and content development tools
  • Familiarity with industry-standard Certification programs, best practices, and trends
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$94,000—$130,410 USD
