✅The Role

As an Legal Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to identify and report infringing products across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Alibaba, Wish, and others. You will play an integral role in ensuring the protection of intellectual property by maintaining detailed, accurate, and consistent records of infringements.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify infringing products on Amazon, Alibaba, Wish, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Input infringement data into Google spreadsheets and Drive.
• Perform data manipulation using formulas on Google spreadsheets.
• Communicate with the team on Trello and Slack.
• Create status update reports.
• Prepare joinders, evidence summaries and perform bookkeeping, as needed (training will be provided).
• Intellectual property knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

✅Essential

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills and fast typing.
• Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, hotkeys etc)
• Interest in US law and technology.
• Attention to details with speed & accuracy delivering excellent and high-quality results
