About the role

Legal Associate (Legal Specialist) will play an essential role in our Legal team, focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with customers, partners, and vendors. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of contract law, attention to detail, and the ability to assess legal risks. Legal Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the Sales department, to provide legal support in closing deals, ensuring that all agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.

What would you do?
  • Direct cooperation with Sales Department and with other departments, covering, in particular, drafting of customer contracts, contract reviews, negotiation of these contracts on behalf of Syncron group companies, and administration of these contracts;
  • Drafting, negotiating and administering confidentiality agreements, partnership agreements, supplier agreements and other types of agreements with business partners of Syncron Group;
  • Preparing corporate documentation for companies from Syncron Group;
  • Legal support to companies from Syncron group in other legal issues, including, in particular, corporate governance, employment, real estate, intellectual property or data protection issues; and providing legal advice in these areas;
  • Maintaining Syncron contract database and files;
  • If necessary, preparing and conducting presentations, trainings, summaries and other documents related to legal support to Syncron Group entities;
  • Reporting work progress to supervisors and consulting with them more complex issues;
  • Support to supervisors and managers within the Syncron Group in their negotiations of respective contracts;
  • Cooperation with employees from other departments of Syncron Group, in particular: Finance, Expert Services, Support and Products with respect to preparation and administration of contracts and to solving legal-related issues;
  • Participation in meetings and training courses organised by the employer;
  • Supporting less experienced colleagues from Legal team;
  • Other duties related to legal assistance.
What we expect :
  • Master’s degree in Law.
  • At least 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and as an in-house lawyer.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Advanced Legal English.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate governance.
  • Ability to resolve complex legal issues.
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently (without constant supervision of more senior lawyers) and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Having experience in the IT industry and a decent understanding of technology work environment will be a strong asset.
