The position will be based at our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.Your responsibilities will include supporting the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of standard commercial contracts. You will also maintain daily legal and operational processes and support other admin teams with legal related topics. You will actively collaborate with and assist commercial teams in prospect and customer contract review and interpretation.Main responsibilities

• Daily contract creation, review and process review
• Participate in and manage commercial legal negotiations
• Collaborate with other administrative teams on legal topics
• Maintain legal documentation and company internal instructions
• Support in other legal matters as needed

Requirements

• Finnish Master’s degree in Law or final year students
• Ability to juggle and manage conflicting priorities and work at pace with accuracy
• Ability to confidentially participate in live presentations and negotiations
• Ability to work independently on recurring tasks
• Experience or high level of interest in commercial law
• Experience or interest in data protection, AI & technology law is an advantage
• High fluency in English (Finnish, French & German are an advantage)
