The Job:

  • Draft and review various legal documents, including vendor agreements, data protection agreements, NDAs, and corporate policies
  • Research current developments in the law and advise business leaders on strategies for compliance
  • Analyze and respond in real-time to business concerns with constructive and effective legal support
  • Gain valuable experience understanding the inner workings of a young company, and the role in house counsel can play in shaping company culture 

You:

  • Have completed at least your 1L year of law school
  • Are a strong writer with efficient legal research skills
  • Are organized and like to work collaboratively
  • Are comfortable with major legal research tools, including Practical Law

Bonus Skills:

  • Formal education in a hard science
  • Previous experience either at a law firm or an in-house legal department
  • Love of 3D printing, modeling and/or digital fabrication
