Teads, Inc. is seeking a recent law school graduate interested in joining its legal team full-time. The position is hybrid, and you will join Teads’ Legal Department in its New York City offices from March 2024 through December 2024. Working primarily with the Head of Legal - North America, as well as the global legal team, you will focus on matters of ad tech and digital privacy law, media law, corporate law, and a variety of other practice areas as the need arises.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Conduct research
  • Review contracts and pleadings
  • Provide organizational and administrative support
  • Manage ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Help resolve the daily issues that arise in a fast-paced environment
Requirements 

You Have:

  • Received a JD from an ABA accredited law school
  • Demonstrated interest in and commitment to media, privacy, and technology law
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Desire to discover the ad tech industry
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to apply initiative to work independently, as well as contribute to the effectiveness of a larger team team

  The hourly rate is $17.50; Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
