About the role:
Nintex is looking for a Licensing Administratorto focus on the AMER market on a night shift basis. The role will be responsible for processing orders, both Renewal and New Business, the issuing and fulfilment of license keys and ensuring that accurate contract & asset records are maintained in our system of record Salesforce. The Licensing Administrator responsibilities will be to provide oversight of all Orders to ensure timely booking, accurate information sent to all parties and closing the loop with all internal and external business partners around the License & Order process, including server specific queries and requests, Subscription/SPO activation, new Product activation, Community access, and Partner Portal access. The role will also focus on improving documentation cross-functionally, but in the context of Order Administration and Licensing alone. You will be the prime contact for the Sales Operations Coordinator team, as it relates to license resolution disputes and other unique requests. Leveraging past experiences of Order Administration and Licensing will be part of your decision-making process, which will need to be documented for future.
The ideal candidate will own the internal processes; including, but not limited to, Order Processing, Provisional Licensing and other general Sales Support functions. The Licensing Administrator will serve as the subject matter expert for Nintex Order & Licensing policy, as it relates to both internal and external employees.
Your contribution will be:
- Serve as an assistant to the team lead and serve as a backup in the team lead's absence
- Assisting team leader with training and onboarding
- Manage software assurance and support sales renewal process communications for assigned region from prospecting to order execution. Assist with the deal closure cycle by ensuring all documentation to process an order is obtained and valid in accordance with Nintex policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the license fulfilment for all associated Nintex products to customers and partners.
- Assisting partners & customers and maintaining access to development environments.
- Ensuring the correct level of service entitlements are recorded and issued to customers & partners.
- Assisting Partners with access to Nintex Partner Portal.
- Assisting the sales field, partners & Customers to give product access for Nintex trials and POC’s.
- Use customer usage data to drive customer success through the use or proper leveraging of Nintex products.
To be successful, we think you need:
- 3-5 years of SaaS experience, understanding the severity/importance of the subscription model, and preceding models.
- Ability to work Night Shift hours which are 11pm-8am (MYT)
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and related Business Process Automation solutions
- Proven track record of working in an autonomous role
- Very strong communication and comprehension skills via email
- Proven and high level of desire to record and document business best practices, and become a subject matter expert for all related content.
- Experience with handling a geographic territory that consists of multiple time zones.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple priorities at once.
- Attention to detail and ability to apply critical thinking skills in a contract and business environment.
- SharePoint familiarity or experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and writing acumen.
- Successful track-record of achieving or exceeding goals and objectives.
- Experience in high pace, fast growth environments.
