About the role

The Localization Cost Coordinator will have oversight over expenditures and billing for our dubbing & subtitling teams. Reporting to our Senior Director of Localization, provide essential support to the Localization team by serving as an expert in purchase order (PO) creation and accruals. Being a liaison between vendors and our teams you'll ensure the accuracy of invoices and prompt payment.Your expertise will also help ensure compliance with SOX standards for our work orders and facilitating efficient vendor payments.

  • You will facilitate communication with our Sourcing team
  • You will triage inquiries, requests, clarifications, and approvals for purchase orders 
  • You will be the contact for the Localization team regarding questions and guidance on PO processes and billing
  • You will manage documentation storage that results from POs, invoices, SOWs and other correspondance around financial activity
  • You will work with vendors and Accounts Payable to to verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely payments

About You

  • 2+ years experience in billing, accounts payable, and PO management in the entertainment industry, preferably supporting localization teams
  • You have a proactive approach to work. A new challenge is exciting to you and you get satisfaction from solving problems for the team.
  • You have experience coordinating multiple large projects at once and liaising with external partners.

Our diverse and collaborative team is spread out globally, and we take pride in providing content in up to ten languages, with goals to expand further. The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
