About The Role

Are you looking for a challenging, fast paced role where you can implement new ideas and create new processes from scratch? If so, please read on. We are looking for a new member for our Logistics team, In charge of the logistics experience towards our merchants, through detecting opportunities for improvements that fit with growth challenges  . You will work directly with the Logistic Manager to oversee and continually improve our Experience, interact with our Logistics Partners and articulate distribution across Chile.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure operational continuity of SumUp’s card reader deliveries through Logistics and Reverse Logistics processes.
  • Work with 3PL and Last Mile Partners in order to maintain a high level of service in all our channels.
  • Continuously measure, control and create initiatives to improve the quality of our delivery experience.
  • Constant review of internal processes in search of efficiency improvements.
  • Creating and automating reports to provide high level visibility to all the company.
  • In charge of delivery costs, focused on the search for efficiencies that allow us to increase the level of service at the lowest possible cost.

 

What You’ll Need 

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an Operations/Logistics role or Logistics Companies, leading improvement projects.
  • You are data driven and motivated to improve the customer experience
  • Excel is a must, SQL is a plus. 
  • You are creative and open to testing new ideas.
  • You have a strong hands on attitude.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • You are a fast-learner and self-starter. You’ll be working at a startup: be prepared to run things outside of your scope and do not expect us to have all the answers you need.
