 Analyst, Logistics (Supply Chain)

Location: Boulder, CO or New York, NY

The Analyst will leverage data and manage database tools to help inform and support our Logistics strategy. Responsibilities include building common datasets, building and monitoring key performance indicators and drawing impactful conclusions from supply chain performance data. This includes, but is not limited to, on-time performance, customer-reported errors, and exceptions measurements. The Analyst will analyze network and carrier performance to provide the team with insight and recommendations on continued network quality improvements. You may be asked to travel up to 10% within the United States.

 

You will…

  • Analyze specific data points or datasets. Partner with team members to convert desired business measurements into specific metrics 
  • Own necessary database improvements and develop weekly analysis reporting on customer-reported errors and on-time performance 
  • Report to Manager, Logistics to enhance the customer experience from an analytics and quality and cost standpoint
  • Maintain tools and dashboards to support Logistics processes, including measuring delivery quality, cost, and customer experience
  • Assist in pushing data normalization initiatives and quality metrics across broader Logistics stakeholders 
  • Help develop, support and integrate new data streams and projects to create full supply chain visibility 
  • Execute against ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership team

You have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or other relevant area of study required
  • 2 years experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems required
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within the United States required
  • Experience in turning analysis into action using tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, Google Sheets or Tableau preferred
  • This position's essential functions demand the performance of the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:
    • Prolonged periods working at a desk and on a computer
    • Reading information on a computer screen and inputting data into a computer system
