The Logistics Analytics Summer Intern will design Tableau solutions to enhance our current cost-quality performance toolset and help make data-driven decisions regarding carrier performance. We are seeking a self-motivated and analytical person with a strong background in Excel, SQL, and Tableau. 

The intern will be tasked with leveraging large datasets related to carrier cost and quality to produce actionable insights to inform high-level logistics strategy.

Become familiar with our various supply chain datasets to improve how we visualize our Logistics performance data, measured by on-time-performance & customer-reported errorsDevelop & improve current Tableau dashboards and SQL queries that power our Logistics KPI dashboardsSupport the Logistics Analytics team's decision-making by developing database tools from complex data setsThrive in a fast-paced environment with varying ad-hoc projects

A Junior or Senior in the process of receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer/Data Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or another relevant area of studyExperience delivering analytical solutions to complex problemsAbility to work with multiple database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions Expert in Excel & SQLExperience visualizing data in TableauExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsRobust project management skills

Duration: 10-week paid internship. You must be able to commit full-time (Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm) and have the right to work full-time in the US for the duration of the internship.Start date: June 14, 2024
