Our client is a top tier US listed E-commerce MNC. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now in search of a Supply Chain Analyst to manage their global supply chain process.

Reporting to the International supply chain manager, your responsibility include:

• Manage supply chain process within APAC including consolidation/distribution center, first mile operation and freight management
• Conduct freight container utilization with accurate consolidation plan to maximize space usage rate
• Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, Ocean Agents and US supply chain team to ensure replenishment and inventory
• Conduct regular analysis for major supply chain KPIs and reflect necessary improvements
• Serve as the central functional project coordinator on internal supply chain improvement process
• Monitor the overall process of special projects and conducting report for management

To qualify, individuals must possess:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Economics,Supply Chain, Logistics, or a directly related field experience in an analytical or consulting role. 

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities

• Fluency in the English is required as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google and working with data
• Strong communication skills and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
• Detail-oriented & result-driven
• Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable learning new tools

Preferred or plus

• Advanced knowledge preferred for Google BigQuery & DataStudio
• Logistics-related majors is a plus
