As a Long Tail Team Leader, you will be a key representative on the Glovo Long Tail Account Management team, helping handle one of the lt partnerships of the company. 

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of five professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and empowering team culture, encouraging innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Long Tail Partner Management: Oversee the management of our long tail partner relationships, ensuring each partner receives personalized attention and support. Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with long tail partners. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals. Collaborate closely with the team to tailor solutions, ensuring the success and growth of each partner.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and insights to drive strategic decisions related to long tail partners. Work closely with the analytics team to analyze partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize partner operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for long tail partners. Develop reports and dashboards to track partner performance, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate existing processes related to long tail partner management and identify areas for optimization. Streamline workflows, implement efficient procedures, and automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
YOU HAVE:
  • At least 3 year of experience in high-performance key account management or leadership positions with a strong team.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace. 
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
  • Excellent Local Language and English skills.
  • Strong Commercial skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
MAIN KPIs:
  • Partner growth GMV and Orders
  • % Of orders in promo paid by partner
  • Achieve other revenues from selling assets / Monetization
  • Ops Kpis that affect Ux such as cancelations due to partner or Wrong or missing items
  • Active Partners.
