 Your work-life opportunity:

In this role you will be part of the Commercial Team at Glovo Headquarters, that is focused on growing and retaining Long Tail Glovo partners. You will be directly responsible for overseeing, challenging and rethinking the processes & tools of the Long Tail operational landscape, based on solid data driven conclusions, so that they can be implemented  on a global scale.

Be a part of a team where you will:
  • Support on the implementation of Glovo’s Long Tail proactives call framework on a global scale
  • Build the bridge between local stakeholders and foster standardization and best practices sharing
  • Provide data based insights and inputs to identify improvement potential on a global and local level
  • Build and prepare the necessary requirements to adjust CRM’s functionalities according to operational needs
  • Analyze and promote necessary adjustments of existing operational processes
  • Develop new processes within the proactive calls’ scope
  • Support on the definition of new standards and guidelines that may have a direct impact on the teams
  • Be an active change manager
You have: 
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • Knowledge in either Python, SQL or Looker
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • High level of excel skills required
  • Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Preferably experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry
  • Effective English written and communication skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Business Consultancy experience is a plus
