WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

• Month end bank recon to statements & Credit Card
• Managing Treasury Functions Local & International
• Intercompany Reporting
• Month End Journals
• Management of Customer and Supplier relations
• Review, implement and maintain controls around ERP capturing to ensure accurate records.
• Load Payments.
• Weekly Cash Flow Forecast
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
• Manage AR & AP team
• Review Supplier reconciliations
• AR & AP - month end close off
• VAT Recons
• Fixed Assets
• BBBEE – Finance Assistance
• Ad-hoc projects as required.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

• BCom Accounting / Financial Management
• CIMA will be advantageous
• 3-5 Years experience in a similar role (Advertising Industry will be advantageous)
• Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel functionalities.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
