As a Manager on the NAEURTA (North America & Europe Recipe, Tools, and Analytics) Team, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing pricing and promotional strategies across our global supplier base.
Reporting to the Head of Global Recipe Performance, this role is a unique opportunity to create scalable solutions that optimise cost, assortment, and promotions, supporting growth across both the US and EU.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Category Management, Supplier Relationship Managers, Profit Management, Pricing Algorithms, and Engineering to build impactful tools, processes, and strategies that benefit our customers and suppliers.
🔍 What You’ll Do-
Lead the development of Wayfair’s global cost and promotional strategy with a focus on competitiveness in daily pricing and major events (e.g., Way Day, Cyber Week).

Drive cost negotiations across NA & EU via scalable comms, bulk recommendations, and tailored talk tracks.

Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Global Partner Support, Profit Management, Tech) to build tools like Negotiation Hub and Cost Stack that enhance decision-making for Category Managers and suppliers.

Align campaign strategies across NA and EU to balance localisation with scalability.

Execute cost reductions for key events using supplier marketing levers and discount strategies.

Design and deliver training for internal teams on tools, negotiation tactics, and best practices.

Lead the cost tooling roadmap (e.g., B2B promotions, cost end-date functions, superroom migration).

Track and report adoption metrics and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

5–8 years of experience in strategy, pricing, merchandising, or consulting.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Looker).

Proven success in cross-functional program or project management within global or matrixed environments.

Strategic thinking with expertise in vendor negotiations, promotional strategies, and pricing dynamics.

Experience influencing stakeholders and gaining buy-in from senior leaders.

Strong communication skills, adaptable for both business and technical audiences.

Familiarity with complex tool ecosystems and leading roadmap development.

Experience managing direct reports is a plus.

Background in B2B/B2C retail, digital marketplaces, or eCommerce preferred.
