About the roleSyncron is currently looking for a leader to join our Customer Services team. You will, together with the team, focus on one of our largest enterprise customers where we provide them with a full-scope service including 1st line support, solution management, dealer adoption and KPI tracking.
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused team player in the role as Manager Analyst Services who will manage a team of Application and Business Analysts to ensure customer satisfaction and a strong value delivery.
The role requires leadership experience and you will work in close collaboration with both the customer, your team and the rest of Syncron Support to ensure a successful delivery and development of the service.
What would you do?- Leading and coaching a team of application and business analysts
- Collaboration with 2nd line support in Warsaw
- Regular contact with Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction
- Collaboration with Support Managers and other stakeholders within Syncron to improve delivery
- Overseeing and developing the Analyst Services delivery
- Workload, task and project planning
- A driven and flexible colleague who sees possibilities and have a can-do attitude
- A people leader with team player qualities
- Bachelor's degree with relevant education
- 5+ years of professional experience, including several years of people management
- Project management experience
- Strong communication skills
- We’d prefer you to be based so that you can work in Pacific Standard Time. The position will include occasional travel to Portland, Oregon.
- Technical background, preferably experience in supply chain planning or inventory management
