We’re looking for a passionate and inventive Marketing Manager to own and expand Tripadvisor’s on-site B2B marketing efforts, leveraging hands-on experience with HubSpot to drive increased partnerships with owners and operators across the spectrum of the travel and hospitality industry. Working under the Acquisition and Retention marketing team, you will bring your experience building customer journeys and touch points in HubSpot to drive meaningful and productive relationships with Tripadvisor business partners, with a special focus on adoption of our self-service platform.

This cross-functional role will require building a productive collaboration with multidisciplinary B2B marketing teams and will be instrumental in creating prospective partners’ on-site experience and ongoing journey with Tripadvisor for Business. In addition to building on-site experiences to support multiple channels, you’ll also act as a thought partner and innovator in the expansion of our B2B marketing platform, identifying areas of opportunity and leading the full cycle of feature development as needed to drive partner engagement.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Create and execute multiple initiatives to improve and optimize our use of HubSpot to engage, educate, and enlist prospective partners

  • Provide insight and direction to the partner marketing team to research and recommend new features and functionality that can be built in our HubSpot environment

  • Lead a small team to manage day-to-day upkeep and continual improvement of the marketing platform while supporting ongoing and new marketing campaigns

  • Maintain a close relationship with marketing, engineering, analytics, and sales teams in our partnership marketing efforts

  • Maintain a high level of quality control across all active projects

  • Act as an advocate for new and promising opportunities to drive engagement and revenue with both proven and emerging tactics

  • Cultivate a strong growth mindset within the team

 

What you’ll have:

  • 2+ years building features and maintaining a first-in-class B2B user experience in HubSpot to facilitate and optimize growth-driven campaigns and customer lifecycles

  • 5+ years of experience building and managing on-site marketing placements and landers

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing frameworks and technologies

  • Fluency with software development methodologies and core practices is recommended

  • High-level understanding of core analytics concepts and tools, including Google Analytics. Comfort level with SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus.

  • Experience with core A/B testing concepts and best practices

  • Comfort working with a dispersed and largely remote team

  • Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively

  • High level of attention to quality and accountability for the features and products you create
