As the Manager, Campaign Strategy, you’ll manage a talented team of campaign strategists and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to create world-class B2B campaigns. With a focus on customers and seamless collaboration, you’ll leverage your strategic marketing skills to build a distinctive brand, drive pipeline, innovate with creative tactics, and achieve strong business results. In line with Hootsuite's distributed workforce strategy, our flexible work arrangement allows for remote work or a hybrid model. This role is open to applicants located in Canada and the US. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Strategy & Insights Senior Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage Campaign Strategy team, including selection, coaching, mentoring, development, performance management, and all other people-management practices, including DE&I. Inspire and empower the team to craft exceptional campaigns that attract new customers and enable our existing ones to be successful with social media.
  • Lead, design, and oversee the planning, research and execution of Hootsuite’s global marketing campaigns, including brand, product, original research reports and thought leadership pieces. Ensure we hit our reach, lead acquisition, and pipeline targets; demonstrate category leadership; and reach company objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in upstream strategic conversations to ensure campaign and creative asks have tight briefs with clear strategic objectives filtered through the lens of the customer.
  • Work with product, sales, and customer teams to understand pain points and needs in order to develop campaigns that address them and arm customer-facing teams with the most impactful materials possible. Partner with product marketing on messaging framework, value proposition, and campaign ecosystem creation.
  • Set goals and objectives for marketing campaigns and use these to measure their success at appropriate intervals. Take a data-driven approach to strategy, using insights to inform future campaign development. Continually test new ideas and approaches to arm the team with insights for future strategy development.
  • Work closely with channel teams—including Web, Email, Webinar, PUA/Paid Advertising, Social, SEO, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Sales Enablement, and Content—to determine channel-specific strategies and approaches.
  • Review and approve creative work as a stakeholder, providing guidance through constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, best practices, and expertise. Ensure the creative work fits the campaign strategy and will help the project achieve its objectives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 6+ years of relevant marketing experience, including a proven track record of using content to build pipeline and convert traffic. Proven understanding of marketing campaign design, planning, and execution.

Canada Pay Range For This Role$96,100—$134,700 CADUS Pay Range For This Role$102,300—$143,300 USD
