Manager, Enterprise Account Development Representatives (ADR's)
The Enterprise ADR Manager oversees the Account Development outbound activities for our Enterprise customers in our Nurture and Focus markets. It is a key role with ownership over the pre-sales funnel and responsible for growing a team of Enterprise ADRs, working closely with the Regional Enterprise team to promote growth & customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing
- Direct the Enterprise Account development activities within Europe and provide leadership, coaching and career development to its direct team
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Enterprise Leadership to define Pre-Sales strategies and targets aligned to the country/team requirements and KPIs to support revenue growth
- Meet assigned targets and strategic targets by generating new business opportunities with prospective Enterprise clients by targeting key verticals in the region
- Act as liaison with key stakeholder departments (Commercial, Marketing, Enablement, Commercial Operations)
- Demonstrate a long-term outlook and initiate significant improvements to the team through driving changes in processes, systems, or team composition.
- Responsible for providing team assessments and input on the department's needs for developing or acquiring the necessary talent
Who you are
- Fluent in either English or Danish
- Effective experience in building a team within the Enterprise space
- History of consistently reaching targets in a similar capacity over the past few years
- Demonstrated experience with subscription-based, renewal license models
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
- Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Enthusiasm for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
