About the role:

Classy is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Technical Services to join our team! This is a leadership position in which you’ll manage multiple teams responsible for delivering enterprise level technical advisory services. These teams are focused on accelerating customer adoption through account management guidance and implementation of technical projects. You'll oversee the pipeline of incoming technical projects, and ensure that your team is able to deliver on these engagements. You will partner cross-functionally to align on priorities and use your problem solving skills to make strategic decisions that improve the overall workflows of the teams you manage. You are collaboration-focused, work well through ambiguity and changing business landscape, and have experience building out emerging teams. 

What you’ll accomplish:
  • Manage, motivate and develop teams of Technical Analysts and Technical Account Managers
  • Develop a roadmap for how managed service engagements will accelerate customer adoption and business goals
  • Define and execute strategy for Enterprise level onboarding, and the migration of client technology needs to Classy
  • Oversee post sales pipeline of managed services engagements, with a primary focus on data migrations. Assign out projects, and ensure that team members are able to meet project deadlines and deliverables. 
  • Build out our team of Technical Account Managers in supporting our Enterprise customers
  • Define Technical Account Manager deliverables and engagements
  • Ensure directs have the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their roles through consistent and regular 1-1’s, process building and regular training sessions
What you bring (Required):
  • 5+ years experience in Professional Services, Account Management, or Support management (IC level 1- 4) 
  • Basic frontend and backend competency in popular coding languages (preferred: APIs, CSS, HTML, React)
  • Solid understanding of REST API’s, data migration best practices, and CRM’s (Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce)
  • You enjoy empowering users with the knowledge to do things for themselves in the future, not just fixing things for them.
  • Proven technical problem solving, business process development, and analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, clients, and executive management

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
