MongoDB is seeking a seasoned HRIS Operations Manager to oversee our global HR technology operations. Your role will be pivotal in delivering top-tier operational support to our People team and end users. Working under the general direction of the HR Technology Director, this position will work independently to oversee and delegate work to a global team of HRIS professionals. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR procedures, improve system functionality, and contribute to organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of a high performance HRIS team, instilling a strong customer focused mind-set, and ultimately establishing the team as trusted partners to HR leaders
  • Maintain alignment with HR teams, emphasizing responsive customer service and proactive communication
  • Ensure support tickets are resolved promptly and with high quality, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct regular retros and quality reviews of tickets with the HRIS team, providing coaching and training to foster continuous improvement
  • Lead daily standups to review status of tickets, backlogs, and remove blockers
  • Perform regular data audits followed by prompt corrections
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for errors and lead initiatives to minimize recurrence
  • Facilitate the transition of operational support from the HR Transformation team for newly deployed projects and enhancements
  • Monitor integration tasks for errors and promptly address any necessary fixes
  • Serve as technical go-to in leading and overseeing the HRIS Operations team in the configuration/development, deployment and support of new systems, modules and functionality from requirements gathering, testing, rollout, to end-user training, documentation, adoption and hypercare
  • Create and manage HRIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends, metrics, and KPIs
  • Combine knowledge of HR processes with expert technical proficiency in a minimum of three SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and Onboarding
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HR technology with understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements affecting all aspects of HR systems in working with People teams to ensure data integrity through audits and proper timely documentation
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in HRIS/HRIT techno functional implementation and production support roles, including managing SAP SuccessFactors modules for Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Reporting, Talent Management, etc. Experience with Greenhouse and Docebo is a plus
  • Able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to collaborate with users of all skill levels and effectively present to large groups
  • 3+ years formal management or team lead experience required
  • Previous experience working in a software technology company with growing employee population in multiple geographies preferred
  • Strong knowledge in all areas of HRIS regulations and compliance
  • Understanding of integrations and API design with experience using reporting/query and data management tools
  • A proactive self starter and team player who has the personal and professional self-confidence to influence people and manage large groups
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technology and a love of process improvement and data integrity to marry efficiency with accuracy
  • Strong project management skills, including Agile expertise
  • Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities to coordinate multiple assignments, time zones with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines
