Job Description: 

The Manager, HR Shared Services executes the strategic vision for the HR Shared Services organization that  provides support to our employees and HR teams. This position will partner closely with field  leadership to execute the strategic vision for the function while leading a team of  HR Shared Services Leads specializing in tactical execution and service delivery. This is an operational role that will support identifying and implementing HR best practices to support organizational and functional growth as HelloFresh continues to rapidly scale.

You will ...
  • Manage and motivate the Shared Services team to deliver effective support through efficient and accurate HR Operations.  Mentor, coach, develop and engage HR Shared Services leads and associates 
  • Foster and uphold a culture of customer service within the Shared Services team through ongoing development efforts.
  • Use transactional and performance data to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Work with HR Technology and other stakeholders to ensure that the HR Systems are maintained for Shared Services Operations.
  • Deliver HR Shared Services for the HFNA organizations striving to exceed KPI Targets, operating as an escalation point of contact for employees and partners across the organization.
  • Build solid cross-functional partnerships with field leadership, serving as the main contact for onsite Shared Services Admin team leads.
  • Lead the achievement of team goals and adherence to processes by fostering accountability, providing coaching, and facilitating the development of team members.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of HR Shared Services tasks and processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Partner closely with HR COEs including WFS, Planning, HR, payroll, benefits, LOA, and others to drive effective collaboration
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Shared Services projects and manage resources to achieve objectives in a timely manner.

  • Technically Savvy: strong technical aptitude including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other relevant software tools to streamline HR Processes, generate reports, maintain accurate records.  Including Excel, ZenDesk, Workday.

At a minimum, you have...
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team, HR experience strongly preferred 
  • Must be able to commute to and work from a field DC location as needed. This could include multiple times per week and can flex up to 100% on-site 
  • High level of comfort with data analysis
  • Self-motivated approach, goal-oriented, and energetic with a passion for solving people's problems
  • People-oriented and highly interpersonal skills; able to cultivate collaborative relationships across the organization
  • Superior verbal/written communication, organizational, computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry skills
