What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of 4-10 growth engineers
  • Optimize the product and the growth funnel to acquire, onboard and activate SMB advertisers through quick iterations and experimentation
  • Mentor and help develop career path for the team
  • Work with Product, Design and Data to understand and identify key improvement opportunities, and test those hypotheses and drive top line metrics
  • Contribute to each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation to release, including rapidly prototyping, running A/B tests, and pushing code into production
  • Build scalable and reliable systems that efficiently process big data
    • Growth experience (strongly preferred)
    • Strong product sense, being able to take ownership (autonomy) 
    • Excellent cross-functional communication
    • Strong analytical skills (AB experimentation exp preferred)

What we’re looking for:

  • Engineering managers with a proven ability to grow, build, and retain diverse, productive teams
  • 3+ years of experience in fullstack application development (with a focus on web)
  • Strong analytical skills (AB experimentation experience preferred)
  • Experience (or strong interest) in Growth engineering, within the advertising space 
  • Technical depth to ensure growth of team members, describe and vet solutions to both peers

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
